HUGE Asian Festival!! :)

(NOTE: This Meetup Has Been Changed to 6 PM on SATURDAY, due to a heat advisory. We will still should be able to see a lot, as the festival goes till 10 on Sat!!!)

So my friend and I were just eating at this little Chinese joint by my place, and I saw a postcard there for ASIAN FESTIVAL 2011...It looks AWESOME!! It is listed as THE LARGEST 2-DAY ASIAN FESTIVAL in the US!! Let's go, as I missed this one last year!!

THis year, it is at George Mason University. And, THIS year they are showcasing four different villages for the 1st time (each with their own stage performance, food, exhibitions, etc.). The villages are: The PHilippines, Heritage India, Amazing Thailand, and the Chinese village!

And there will be: 100+ traditional performances and live bands!! THREE "MASSIVE" stages, 35+ Authentic Asian Foods, and more!! :)

There will be a Singha Beer Garden, a tennis tournament, martial arts demonstrations, and an exhibition by 12 Asian Embassies and Organizations.

It is on July 23rd and July 24th . I am posting this for July 23rd . We will meet INSIDE of the Vienna/Fairfax GMU metro, on SOUTH side of the walkway. IF YOU CAN BE A DRIVER, please list so.
