Yoga means Union.



Through yoga, the absolute beginner, as well as the yogi carrying the well-worn mat, is encouraged to come to the mat and drop the thinking, drop the judging, drop the competing and comparing, drop the type-A, and TUNE IN.

All styles, bodies, and levels of experience are welcome here. This is an inclusive community, designed to bring those together who desire a personal, physical, psychological and spiritual adventure

This group was created from a desire to create an experience of yoga for the community that is focused on the individual, that is connected and tuned in to the needs of today.
