In "Let's Communicate" we will explore different ways of listening and speaking to ourselves and others in a way that generates more harmony, relatedness and empowerment in our relationships. This experience will have an instructional component as well as experiential learning through out our time together. After all, we will be listening and speaking throughout "Let's Communicate" so there will be LOTS of time to practice what we are learning in a compassionate and inspired learning environment.
