Designed to utilize fat burning as a major component of your exercise regimen, you can become a better athlete and use fat more effectively for energy and weight loss.

Get Fit, Lose Fat, Eat Lots! is a 6 Week Program that will teach you how to change from using carbohydrate as your main energy source to accessing and activating more of the fat stored in your bodies as a primary source of energy.

What is included in THIS meeting?

Free first info meeting: Introduction to the training and eating techniques that combined, allow you to burn fat more effectively. We will talk, demonstrate, and answer your questions through a recorded call or in person.

As a registered participant you will also receive:

• Six 30-minute pre-recorded calls from Stephanie and Amy as part of your program material.

• Best Selling Books by Stephanie Atwood with Amy Griffith, used as program material

• 2 additional, in-person, group support meetings: 1 mid-way through the program. Amy and Stephanie will cook you a meal; 2 a potluck at the end of the program where you will be showcasing your skills in cooking, reporting on your improved fitness, fat loss and celebrating your successes

• A six week general eating and exercise plan coordinated by Amy Griffith and Coach Stephanie to support your physical activity and eating to lose fat, gain strength and endurance.

• We will provide a selection of basic recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to rotate throughout the 6 weeks, plus add in a few BONUS recipes. These recipes will be designed to metabolize fat more effectively, support blood sugar regulation, and maximize energy.

• A Three Day Food Journal for you to fill out and send to us to check in on your first week using the menu provided. We will offer follow up feedback, provided via email, outlining ways to better utilize the program, and ways in which you are already succeeding

• Educational handouts and links relating to the subject matter, covered during each call or meeting.

• Access to the public page "Get Fit, Lose Fat, Eat Lots" group page on Facebook along with a private group page of members only where you can post questions and learn from each other.
