By combining her passion for dance and music with clinical training as a psychotherapist, her work as an educator and diversity trainer and her belief in integrative health and wellness, Kiran created Bollywood Dance Fusion™ -- a healing movement modality with one simple idea:

Bollywood dance is made up of all that is classical and new, traditional and modern, hip-hop and salsa, R&B and trance, which is why it is the right fit for just about anyone! No experience necessary; this is simply about moving to rhythm and mobilizing your body's energy. Kiran's open approach to leading dance therapy classes adapts to all levels of needs and physical abilities.

After the dance session, we'll do some calming, meditative, stress-reducing exercises. It's a great way to counter "holiday stress" and get energized for the New Year.
