This is your chance to delve deeper into the foundations of Buddhist teaching & to develop a greater understanding of the 8 Fold Path. It would be most helpful if you can read the chapter we are working with for that particular week from the book: Eight Mindful Steps to Happiness, by Ven. Henepola Gunaratana. If you do not yet have the book you can go to the link below, find the step we are currently working with and find a great deal of information online for that step of the path.
