Meet other local writers for casual creativity and encouragement! Come to a Writers Meetup to review work, trade tips, make friends and have fun! All writers and those wanting to be are welcome! This includes Nanowrimoers gearing up for November and those with a persistent fear of the blank page.
This is a drop-in group. Show up when you can and stay as long as you like. The time says 6-9 but please feel free to drop in any time within those hours.
Group members may also use our message board to gather other members for events other than the monthly Tuesday one. If you want to gather other writers to your event jump in and make it happen!
Check out our calendar for events. Have your groups events or creative community events posted to our calendar by contacting the organizer. If writers might enjoy it we want to here about it!

Meeting to introduce ourselves and learn about our respective writing goals. Feel free to bring a notebook and use the time to write or bring a piece of writing (yours or someone else's) to read a portion of and discuss.
The second Tuesday evening of each month is our time to encourage each other. I hope that folks will also use it as a time to plan other writing related get togethers. Read more
