Participate in a monthly potluck where you will meet interesting, fun and like minded people who prefer to not eat processed foods. (remember all OILS and SWEETENERS except for FRUIT are PROCESSED).
While you do not have to have taken one of Chef AJ's healthy food preparation classes to participate, it is helpful if you are at least somewhat familiar with the reasons behind this eating style.
