Maybe you're a complete beginner, maybe you've kinda sorta gone paleo a little bit, or maybe you've been eating paleo but want to add some fitness goals.? We're planning beginners sessions, a trip to the grocery store for how to shop, fitness talks and demonstrations, the book signing with Art De Vany, and more.? You don't have to make a resolution for the entire year...just for 1 month.
