Elizabeth is a Licensed Brown Belt Nia teacher who has been holding space for ecstatic dance in Albuquerque since August of 2009. She brings authenticity and her heartfelt teaching style to the dance. Elizabeth facilitates conscious creation of sacred space including sophisticated sequences of music crafted to evoke spiritual expressiveness in personal movement. All you need do is to relax, surrender into the rhythms, and let your spirit & body's wisdom guide you to where you need to go. In other words, trust and release and ENJOY! No dance experience is necessary.

6:50 – 7:00 PM Holding the Space and Setting an Intention

7:00 – 7:55 PM Ecstatic Dance, exploring the Rhythms

7:55 – 8:00 PM Closing the Space
