You are invited to a rare and special opportunity to explore the 5 Rhythms® Movement Meditation Practice in Laguna Beach, CA.
In this half day workshop, we will discover just what those 5 Rhythms are, how they move in around and through our body as tools to invite limitless expression of self in the physical.
Beyond just the Rhythms alone, we will unveil what it means to engage "Movement as a Meditation" as we discover the physical nature of each of these 5 Rhythms, their gateway, how the energetic flows, how they breath, where their attention grows from and out to.
These are the focus points which transform this practice from a dance into a meditation and when our body learns this language, we in turn learn the language of our body, thus bridging the gap and allowing this bodily wisdom to penetrate our awareness space and allow for healing in this moment and the next.
Then we will close with a full high vibration wave, inviting our psyche to be put in motion to ground in all that has been learned and discovered in and about your own unique body and it's potential for expression of anything and everything alive, present and real for you in this moment. And the next!

No Experience Necessary - 5Rhythms® is a practice for all persons, regardless of age, size or physical ability. We move in the body we have, the 5R is not about performance, but about going inside, digging deep for what is real and expressing our truth through movement, large or small.
Bring a water bottle, comfortable dance clothes (we typically dance barefoot, but dance shoes are fine as well) and be ready to move.
