Intentional Questioning for Insightful Discovery - Harnessing the power of great questioning to drive the sales process forward.
The longer we work in sales, the more we tend to rely on our experience during customer interviews and the less time we put into preparing for them. Because we have had so many conversations with clients, we are convinced that appropriate and useful questions will pop into our minds just when we need them. Unfortunately this is rarely the case, and more often than not we find the conversation veering in a myriad of directions, not all of them useful.
Later, when try to develop a proposal we wish we had more specific information that would tighten up the plan. In this workshop, “Intentional Questioning for Insightful Discovery” we will discuss the importance of developing an effective plan for our interview, how to prepare questions that will maximize the time we spend with customers and how to get the real information we need to win the deal.
