Welcome, Edinburgh Entrepreneurs and Wannabees!

The purpose of our group is to connect entrepreneurs and "entrepreneur want-to-bees" with each other in order to increase the amount of learning and support available to them. We are free and open to anyone who might describe themselves as either - we don't care for we are egilitarian. As long as you are open to sharing knowledge, teaching and learning yourself. Our group is based in Edinburgh, but open to visitors from afar (even all the way from Glasgow). We are fun, honest, enjoy life and have a good time. We're grassroots and bottom-up and libertarian. What makes us different? We are the ONLY entrepreneurship group in the world that embraces a philosophy of the importance of playing poker and pinocle in order to catalzye deeper and more meaningful interactions in its membership base. We remember that Bill Gates was a HUGE poker player at Harvard and almost didn't start Microsoft because of it. We hold monthly poker tournaments, and will be starting pinocle tournaments as well. Also, we hold dinners and annual events. Our sister group, co-founded by Michael Clouser as well, the Edinburgh Entrepreneurship Club, is always invited along. We can do things they can't though.
