These runs begin and end at Mountain Equipment Co-op - we meet at the member service desk just inside the doors. These runs will happen rain or shine, snow or slush - we always run! The runs range from 5k long to 15k long, depending on the group and what you want to do. Come out and run with us!

By the way, I see the rally point is Mountain Equipment Co-op....which MEANS that you probably work there.....which MEANS that you can sell me a kickass pair of running shoes.
All you need to know is:
1. I'm size 13-14 mens (I think)
2. We're going for cost effective so please refrain from selling tha 'total' crap out of me. Sell me, just not hardcore.

Nathan - there are a ton of questions before I can pitch some shoes to you! Are you more of a trail runner or road runner? What is your current running style - traditional, transitional or natural? Have you had any injuries related to running? If you ask one of our run leaders after the meetup on Tuesday - they can bring you in and go over all of this together with you =)
