Band together with other hiking enthusiasts who also enjoy a regular walk for exercise! Inexpensive with excellent health benefits, walking is a great way to stay fit and meet new people. Our focus will be on light recreational walking in and around the Edmonton area. As well, if you come across an interesting article on walking or health that is pertinent to the group, feel free to share the information.

This meetup group is associated with the WASKAHEGAN TRAIL ASSOCIATION. Since 1969, WTA has built and continues to walk its 235KM trail in and around Edmonton.
