Discover Your Inner Voice: Art Based Workshops

Our sessions are for people who enjoy getting together to create soulful art. You'll learn how to engage in intuitive art making, which will include mandala making, collage or Touch Drawing and more, all supported by journalling. Through this creative process a bridge is formed between you and your unconscious. As you start to paint or write from your authentic self you will experience how to deeply listen to your inner being. This healing art process facilitates exploration of the self and spirit, gaining insight, and reclaiming a part of the self that gets lost in daily life. Groups are kept to a small number of participants to ensure a safe environment, intimacy and a high level of participation. No art experience required.

For women only: Classes are held on Thursdays 6:30 pm - 8:30pm. Check calendar for location and dates. Cost is $ 35.00 if I supply paints, brushes, water containers, palette, rags or $25.00 if you bring all your own supplies. Please check the calendar for location and dates.

For men and women: Monthly weekend classes

Type A: these Saturday workshops are held as listed on the Meetup calendar and are 4 hours (10:00 – 2:00 pm) in length with a fee of $50.00 per session.

Type B: Saturday series "Light up Your World". Time: 10:00 - 4:30 pm. Cost: $60.00. Be sure to check the Meetup calendar for description, location and dates!
