Learn this practical and modern style of Martial art, based on an ancient Japanese art, but adapted to respond to twenty first century circumstances. With time and discipline, anyone can learn this art of self defense that allows you to use an attacker's energy against them. We focus on atemi (punching/kicking), body throws, foot sweeps, joint locks & pins.

New students are eased into the art with personal attention and patience. Advanced students are trained to deal with increasingly realistic situations. The attacker is often armed with a knife or club, or there may be multiple attackers striking from any given angle.

This MeetUp is not an informal get together. Discussions can be held before or after class. It is a structured class with fellow Ju Jitsu students. Please come to class ready to train in martial arts.
