A good hobby is about fun. A great hobby is about dreams.

In Amtgard, you can live many dreams. Weave tales of adventure right out of the movies. Learn how to fight like a medieval soldier, but using safe foam weapons. See how to make durable and beautiful weapons, armor, and shields, all for low cost. Wear period garb. Visit foreign lands. Play a fantasy sport called “jugging.” All while meeting some of the most interesting characters in the Los Angeles area. Join us, and help make your dreams come true.

Amtgard is a free, fun, and safe club dedicated to medieval and fantasy recreation. It spans the United States and has groups scattered around the globe. Eldritch Hills is one of three Southern Californian groups working together via meetup and real-life meetings to better the regional Amtgard scene. (The other two are Siar Geata in Escondido and Silver Sun in Santa Barbara.)
