Join us for our next Electric Connection!
The theme this gathering is Wellness. “Wellness” has become a buzzword among the public, health care practitioners and legislators alike. But what exactly does it mean, and how can gay men benefit from it? The American Chiropractic Association (ACA) defines wellness as “an active process that promotes health and enhances quality of life.”
I left teaching to be become a Holistic Life Coach where integrated wellness would be the focus - and for our next gathering, we'll learn about new forms of wellness. By exploring all the major life areas, you'll have time to assess what parts of your life feel really healthy and strong, and which are needing some attention.
Stress affects every aspect of wellness, so we'll have time to actually practice some wellness activities - some lead by our guest presenter Walter Williams (see bio below). See you soon!
