I did some google searching for improv groups and classes in the bay area
I've done a little bit of improv as part of acting classes, but that was a long time ago. There have been a few times in recent years I've done some improv-style games with friends. On a related note, I've done some live-action roleplaying games, mystery dinners, and renaissance faires.
I want to develop my ability to think on my feet and banter. I'd also like to get a bit more comfortable with my outgoing side, and get out of my shell a bit. I've been wanting to do this for a long time, really. Ultimately, I want to have fun.
I acted a fair bit in high school, but haven't really done much acting since then. I've always had an interest in improv though... maybe because I was always crap at memorizing my lines... maybe because I'm just a silly person...
