Welcome Emerging Leaders!

As Emerging New Leaders we are pioneers and innovators. We often find ourselves exploring new territories where there are no maps yet. We are map creators. We are seed planters. We are midwives of possibility. We love the word Yes!

As Emerging Leaders we tend to be fiercely independent. We also recognize our need for ongoing support. While we insist on remaining true to our deepest inner callings, we also see the value of collaborating with others. Our visions are big. We know we need help from others in actualizing them.

At our Meet Ups we encourage and celebrate each others' unique gifts and expressions. We are interested in shining with others, rather than just on others. We give each other huge permission to be Big! The heartfelt container of our network is safe and supportive. This gives us the opportunity to stretch and show up in ways that we have never shown up before.

We are a category of leaders who do not fit into traditional categories. Often our true job descriptions have not even been invented yet. At our Meet Ups we have the opportunity to expand our impact by refining how we talk about what we have to contribute. We recognize that the marketing of our work is an essential aspect of our sharing it.

As Emerging Leaders we frequently find ourselves working on many different projects at the same time. At our Meet Ups we support each other in further landing and following through with our inspirations. We help each other integrate all that we have to offer into cohesive, grounded forms that are viable and accessible to our communities now.

We also have the opportunity to find others to collaborate with on some of our projects, or folks to launch joint projects with.

This meet up group is an opportunity for us to connect and to support each other in being even more comfortable with who we are as emerging leaders. It is also about our getting hands-on support in taking care of the nuts and bolts of our next steps.
