Depression and anxiety can sometimes rule our lives and have a large impact on us as individuals and those who are in our lives. Come to the group to gain support, helpful input And to share your challenges and possibly successes when dealing with such difficult issues.

Location: Loring Therapy, LLC on the corner of Middlebelt and Ford Rd in Garden City. In the corner clock-tower building above "Orin Jewelers", suite 212.

• Interns - Since this group will be led by a trained intern/facilitator, Charity Loring, LMSW, may contact the group via email after the session to get input, questions or concerns from the members as to how they feel the group was led by the intern. ***Removal from events - If you have more than 5 "no-shows" and you are signed up for an event, unfortunately organizer will have to remove you from event to make space for those who attend regularly as space is very limited.
