Empowered REALationships is a journey to self-empowerment and co-creating empowered REALationships. Just imagine the intimacy, love and connection between two people who are empowered and know who they truly are! The goal of this program is to empower you to show up as your authentic self, conscious of the fact you can create the relationship experience of your dreams.

This series is comprised of three major components: Empower, Create and Connect. Each component addresses topics specifically related to becoming empowered, using the Law of Attraction in creating the loving relationship you desire and connecting in a REAL way to someone who is a ‘best fit’ for you.

What you will learn in this series of workshops:

Empower

Loving yourself and feeling strong about who you are as a person is the very foundation for any relationship with another person. This component explores the critical parts required to feel grounded and “on purpose” before we even think about connecting with another person.

Workshop #1: Your Emotions and Self Awareness – The Critical Foundation

In this first session, you’ll discover the link between your emotions and your behaviors and how becoming self aware creates empowerment in your life. The most important part of this process is understanding the prescription for empowerment. We will give you a dynamic technique for looking at things in a new way to create new outcomes.

Workshop #2: Optimize Your REAL Self

Is the way you think about yourself sabotaging your dating and relationships? Having a strong self concept is the single most important element in finding and being in love. We can't give away what we don't have. During this session you will identify healthy and unhealthy behaviors that are a reflection of your self RESPECT, self ESTEEM, self ACCEPTANCE, and self LOVE. You will develop skills to strengthen your self concept and take your REAL self to the next level.

Workshop #3: Speak Your Truth

In this dynamic experience, we will unravel the complexity of communication and show you how to choose your words and tone to create a safe environment, how to ensure your intent to communicate aligns with the actual impact, and how to empathetically listen to understand without judgment. You’ll practice real skills, learning just what to say and how to say it. You will also be surprised to learn how you’ve been derailing your communication without even knowing it!

Workshop #4: Create a New Story

You have to let go of the old to let in the new. In this third session, it will become clear how you may be letting your past is sabotage you. Discover a new way to look at past relationships and experiences, heal old wounds and find your freedom. Envision how you would feel if you could make peace with the past and create a new story that moves you forward.

Create

In the Create component, you’ll discover how to stop focusing on what you don’t want and create the relationship that you do want. By learning powerful techniques and using the Law of Attraction, you’ll uncover new and exciting ways to create your best relationships ever.

Workshop #5: Love by Design

In this epic moment of creation, you get to go deep in defining your “deal breakers” and more importantly your “deal makers” by expanding and redefining your beliefs, values and opinions in areas important to you. You’ll also discover the hidden reasons you’re still attracting relationships that are not a fit. You’ll embrace affirming the significance of both partners being emotionally available to one another and for the realationship.

Workshop #6: Empowered Sex

In this transformational session, you’ll take away a deeper understanding of who you are sexually and get more comfortable in your own skin. You’ll get clarity on the difference between making love and having sex and how either can be a fit for you. How different would your sexual experience be knowing you were empowered and connecting on purpose? You really can create and attract your ideal sexual experiences.

Connect

Finally we bring all the above concepts, principles and techniques together through a practical application of now being in front of another person as our new, empowered REAL self. Unlimited and infinite new outcomes become possible when we cross people’s path knowing who we are and what we want.

Workshop #7: Connecting for a REALationship

This session teaches you how to date with confidence and deliberately create your experience by owning how you show up. Learn how to pass the tests you’ll encounter on your journey to finding the realationship you want. See how different it feels to be in your power when dating.
