Barbara spent 20 years working with Fortune 500 companies such as Estee Lauder, LensCrafters, HP, Dunkin' Donuts, and Lord & Taylor to improve company and individual performance. A Management, Training and Consulting Coach by trade, Barbara founded Employaid to bring what she knows about HR, branding, revenue growth and marketing success to the field of career development. Since founding Employaid, Barbara has been quoted on work and career issues in the Wall St. Journal, MSNBC, ABC News, Business Week and the NY Post, among others. Employaid and its Events are a labor of love for Barbara. Her passion is to share what she knows so that others may discover new and enriching career possibilities.
