Endurance was created to provide a forum where multisport recreational athletes can find information and join others in consistent weekly training sessions and hopefully participate in some fun weekend races in or out of town....

We named it endurance because it's not about how fast you go....It's about focus, commitment, and going the distance. It's about Endurance. We are represented by many different abilities so we should eventually grow into a community which caters to all fitness levels where everyone feels comfortable!

Keep in mind we are a not for profit group of recreational athletes looking to meet other like minded persons to share workouts with and to participate in and enjoy group supported Races and/or social events. We do not have an agenda. We are not a health club with a weekly set schedule. We will try... but families and life often get in the way.

We do have many experienced members willing to share their love of running, biking, kayaking, swimming and competing in various racing events. You DO NEED to be INTRINSICALLY MOTIVATED. Our workouts are intended to push each other. Get to Know your group leader and their ability level by reading the "Meet the Organizer" on the message boards. We all offer encouragement and accountability... but each of us is limited on time and are ultimately here to accomplish our own workout goals. I say this so you are realistically aware of the format of our group, who is willing to do NO DROP workouts, and who isn't.
