Hello & Welcome! 

Have you forgotten how it feels to be at ease and feel deep peace inside? Do you need to de-stress from the working week to be able to enjoy life again? Join us for Energy Exercises & Meditation Every Friday Evening. The intention is to help you to feel more healthy, sensitive and alive. Register now to reserve your place. 

The aim is to teach you how to do simple energy exercises & meditation to help reduce tension, heaviness and stress levels. You will learn how to connect to inner body awareness, feel through emotions and safely discharge them. You will learn how to ground yourself. You will learn about energetic hygiene and how to maintain better health. 

You will learn simple meditation techniques to calm down your mind and to tap into inner stillness and be at ease. During the meditation participants may either sit upright on a chair or lie down on the floor. 

You will come in contact with a very powerful transformative energy - Enlightenment Transmission/Holy Spirit/Shakti/Shakinah, which will help to clear your body, emotions.<br>

The format: 30 mins of Energy Exercises; 30 mins of Meditation.

What to wear: Loose clothing.

What to bring: 1.5 litre bottle of water, things to make you comfortable and to keep you warm while meditating if you are lying down e.g. exercise mat, small pillow, a warm blanket. (Important!) 

It is advisable to not have any heavy food 2 hours beforehand. 

Date & Time: Every Friday evening; 7pm - 8 pm

The contribution: £10 per evening. 

By the end of the 4 weeks you should be able to do energy exercises & meditate on your own but you are very welcome to continue attending the meetings.
