Thank you for letting me know about this movie, i checked out some utube videos and i started listening to Joe Dispenza Thursday night to get familiar with the movie. I been dealing with a car wreck that has bothered my back for several months and the stress of dealing with the insurance, after listening to Joe i focused on connecting with source and allowing the healing to go to my back but most importantly to go to my head since i think half the pain was focused on the shock factor on my mind. After an hour of thinking differently i felt less pain, it's saturday now and i feel much better compared to the days of two months of chiropractor sessions. Something happened in my brain that made me think i was not getting better, maybe left over spasms caused by my worries but i feel much better today and will follow up with a physical therapist for the fine tuning. Thank you for the reminder to think and allow, it's easy to forget. Car wrecks leave anxiety and fear that can tense up muscles in the back and neck, something i had no clue about till Thursday :)
