Hi Everyone, We decide to mix it up a bit for July and August in the ladies gathering, what with holidays and beautiful weather interrupting our monthy schedule.... This sunday we're opening the process to everyone in the meetup (yes boys and girls...smile) and you're welcome to invite friends. We're gathering at High Park from 10:45am - 2pm to explore some sensitivty excersises and movement work togther in the expanse of the great outdoors. We'll meet at 10:45am . Please dress for the weather and the intention isn't to do anything too strenuous as we'll be working to enhance the electro magnetic systems not building muscles or burning calores; at least not on purpose. The cost is $10 and if you want to pack a snack or light lunch to get you through the lunch hour please do.
If it is raining we'll meet at the Emin Way Centre at 2876 Dundas Street West, Unit 201. Hope to see you there!
