ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS

Derek Webster (https://www.linkedin.com/in/derekwebster) is the Founder and CEO of CardFlight, based in New York City. CardFlight is a leading provider of mobile point-of-sale tools and technology that help merchants accept in-person credit card payments on iOS and Android devices. Prior to founding CardFlight, he was the Founder and CEO of LocalBonus, a credit card-linked loyalty network which rewarded consumers for purchases they make at local businesses. Earlier, Derek was an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman where he led C-level strategy projects for some of the leading global payment networks and retail banks. He was also part of the team that launched E*TRADE’s credit card business, where he personally led all product development and product marketing efforts for the group. Stefan Deeren (https://www.linkedin.com/in/stefandeeran) is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Parsley, Stefan built from the ground up and currently oversees the partnership program at Parse.ly, a VC-backed analytics platform for media companies like Conde Nast, Huffington Post and Mashable. Stefan has 10+ years working on technology partnerships at enterprise SaaS companies and managing revenue-generating referral and reseller alliances. Prior to Parse.ly, Stefan managed channel partnerships at NewsCred, another VC-funded tech company based in New York.

Scott Pollack (https://www.linkedin.com/in/slpollack) is VP of Business Development at WeWork, where he leads business development efforts in the U.S., focused on building a new Services division. As an expert in partnerships & business development, Scott built up over 15 years of experience in startups most recently as head of business development for SumAll and also Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, where he spent over a decade with. He is a regular speaker, lecturer, and teacher on business development, partnerships, and enterprise sales, and also authored the most commonly-cited definition of Business Development (http://startofthedeal.com/2012/03/what-exactly-is-business-development/).

Sue Fernand (https://www.linkedin.com/in/suefernand) is VP of Channel Sales Cirrus Insight, the highest rated App on the Salesforce AppExchange for integrating Salesforce with Gmail, Office 365, Outlook and Mobile. Sue manages channel partners in the Salesforce, Google and Microsoft ecosystems. Prior to joining Cirrus Insight, Sue had over 15 years of channel sales experience in Telecom and Social Collaboration with vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, Shoretel, Mitel and Jive.
