Over the last few years, there’s been an acceleration in the shift in project management approaches from traditional Waterfall to the Agile methods. This adoption of Agile is having an impact on how enterprises approach UX. In this meetup, we will discuss these impacts, the UX design processes, the benefits, the challenges and more. Agencies, UX designers and clients all have different points of view. We’ll explore how an Agile approach can help bridge the gap to create great user experiences.
