Is RegTech the new FinTech?

FinanceEstonia (FE) fintech working group has sent a number of questions and suggestions to the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA). Some of these are related to compliance or regulation technology innovations in Estonia, which we would like to elaborate on. Mr. Marek Pajussaar from FSA has kindly agreed to share the thoughts of FSA on these FE suggestions and questions with us as well.
