Thanks, everyone, for making such amazing dishes, and for being such an inspiration by living and radiating the raw food example!
Here's what was in my "Christmas Pudding". I would love to have a recipe from as many of the rest as you who attended as possible, since every single dish was astounding. No kidding! What a feast for the eyes, the pallette, and for the body! :)

Five persimmons, two apples, two pomegranates, and six soaked figs, all blended together, plus finely ground sesame seeds, walnuts, and cashew nuts, all raw, to thicken, two bananas, chopped for texture and sweetness, meat of one young coconut and 1/4 hard coconut, (ground up fine in coffee grinder), cinnamon and nutmeg to add flavor, then ground coconut and cinnamon on top, plus blueberries and blackberries on top.

Have a happy, healthy, Merry Christmas everyone!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
