Had the privilege of being part of an awesome conversation about GMO's last night. Loved hearing both sides of the argument from passionate people. Of course there were many great subjects being touched on as usual, but this was my favorite of the night.

Also, here's an article and recent podcast, Inquiring Minds, who's guest was Steven Novella, of The Skeptic's Guide to the Universe fame, discusses the lack of health risks involving GMO foods.

Just saw a window sign that said" pray to end abortion"I understand that praying helps on a personal level to make someone feel better but on a larger stage they must know it doesn't work or there would already be an end to abortion.Better yet why not pray for contraception or non-conception whenever sex is going on.Praying is like aking they medicine man to do a rain dance in times of drought.Maybe I'm getting too cynical the older I get.
