I am mostly a vegy guy and an adept of salads made of raw lettuce and steam vegies like mushrooms, broccoli plus tofu. I like combinations of raw and steam vegetables or legumes. I spice my dishes with soy sauce and olive oil and occasionally enjoy a toasted English muffin with an avocado spread and and slices of cucumber or tomatoes.

I've been living in Eugene since 2006, working as an electrical engineer, now happily retired. Work out 3 times a week at sportcourts and have serious inclinations to Buddhist teachings and philosophy. I meditate and enjoy doing hatha yoga.
