I love food! I enjoy cooking, eating, and especially presentation. I am hoping to get ideas for cooking, and opportunities to try new and exciting meatless food.
I'm pretty flexible. Every-other weekend, and many weekday evenings.
Lot's of vegetables and carbs, light protein.
Pretty much anything without fake meat and easy on the mushrooms. I am recovering from a texture complex. I am just now starting to be able to handle mushrooms. The soy meat is still not appealing to me.
I was looking for something like this and stumbled into it.
I'm a life-long vegetarian that also enjoys eggs and some dairy. Awkwardly, I do not enjoy fake meat. Since I've never eaten meat, it kind of grosses me out to pretend I'm eating it.
