Everglades international hostel weekend yoga schedule

 

SATURDAY&SUNDAY


10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: all levels welcome;  Hatha Yoga from the heart with Mary.  Mary is a Registered Yoga Teacher who comes to us from Prana Yoga Studio, her style of teaching will revitalize your body and soul with a combination of pranayama(breathing control), mediation and asanas.


6:00 PM-7:30 PM : Free Yoga guided by independent Yogis! (please have at least 5 classes of Yoga from anywhere before joining these shared practices) -  Share your practice with other yogis!

 
This weekend Eric will be sharing his practice. An energizing, fast moving style of Vinyasa Flow inspired yoga. Eric's goal is to become an Anusara Certified Teacher by Oct 2012 from CorpoYoga Studios with Certified Anusara Teachers Christy Nones & Peter Barber.
 

 

All classes are held in the backyard tent, surrounded by gentle summer breezes and soothing sounds of the waterfall. Students are invited to stay after class to swim, relax in the gazebo, and enjoy the tropical gardens that surround the yoga tent.

 

CLASS FEES  

 

  • Class fees with certified teachers: $10 for walk ins: $5 for hostelers

  • Free Yoga guided by independent Yoga students:  These shared practices are for inspired students who love to share their own practice with others. If you are new to Yoga we recommend having at least 5 classes with a certified or registered teacher to learn your body and pose safety.
