Evo Speaker: Legal Mistakes to Avoid *Date Changed to Dec 4th*

Join us Thursday, December 5th as Steve Rowles, Morrison and Foerster, joins us to discuss legal mistakes that all startups can avoid.

Whether you are part of an early or late stage startup, knowing when and when to not get legal advice trips everyone up at some point or another! Make sure that you attend to get advice on how you can avoid future legal issues.

Steve Rowles has practiced law in San Diego for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience as corporate counsel to public and private companies, and the venture capital and private equity funds that invest in those companies. He was the attorney that took MP3.com public, and Morrison and Foerster is the lead high tech firm for mergers and acquisitions of startups.

Another great presentation from another star. Meetups at Evo top my list and I'm appreciative for the opportunity to attend. If you're a startup or otherwise newly growing business you (imho) should be making every one of these events. The content is just too rich to ignore.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
