Saturday Conversations

Details
TOPIC:
Education
Everyone has a story to tell and a lesson to teach. Some of us have many more. Human beings are rather skilled at both learning and teaching. However, that which is easy for us also tends to be the most difficult to explain precisely because we can do it without thinking. But if we can turn a critical eye towards education perhaps we can gain some understanding about the nature of education, its justifications, its limitations, and perhaps even learn something about ourselves in the process.
Questions:
*Is there a moral obligation to learn or to teach? *why should we learn? Why should we teach? *How do we learn best? Is there a best way that's a one-size-fits-all solution? *How do we spark and nurture the desire to learn? Location and Price:
Upstairs there are many tables and chairs where people can gather and eat. If it's a nice day out, we may sit out on the covered balcony. As always there is a suggested, but by no means necessary, $2 donation which goes towards helping cover the costs of the meetup.
