Talks and group discussions on how we can improve our decision. From "gut" decisions to day-to-day choices as well as our big decisions in work/business.

We examine why we sometimes with have clarity even though the decision itself may be complex and uncertain, and at other times our heads seem like a murky mess and we struggle to even decide trivial purchases.

We share ideas on how to make sense of the increasing options that we are face each day. We learn about the flaws in our intuition and the influence that our biases, memory, nutrition, sleep etc. have on the way we make our choices.

Who should join

If you are an entrepreneur or if you are responsible for making lots of decisions at work, there will be sessions where we will help each other work through some of the decision-making problems we are facing and share ways of have better processes to make decisions more quickly and effectively.

If you are stuck in rut because you seem, despite your best intentions, to repeatedly make the same poor decisions or if you exhausted from making difficult decisions all day at work, then this could be a useful group for you.

Join us in learning more about sound decision-making, sharing experiences and supporting each other in making more conscious, self-aware and consistent decisions that help us to lead more relaxed, fulfilling and successful lives.

I will be running physical meetups in Central London and Luton as well as online meetings for those who are not able to make it to either location.
