Talk: Meditation for the next generation

A series of talks entitled "Conscious Talk"

2nd talk of the series - The presenter for this week is Tony. Let's all talk about Meditation as a wide-spread practice! Starting from schools! Why it would be super beneficial to all! Tony has a huge interest in introducing types of meditation as practice in schools, and he has already initiated the path :)

This evening will be useful for all of us - giving us ideas to help the younger ones stay connected, and for us to also learn new exercises! Who knows, you might get involved in a meditation-in-school project yourself. Take a decision and show up. Every meeting has more and more to offer.

Since the talks are talking place in the Offshore cafe (downstairs) there is a wonderful possibility to grab a hot chocolate coffee or any other drink and snacks upstairs and bring it downstairs for the talk. How good is that? :)

I'm asking for a donation (£2 or as much as your Heart feels) for the speaker and towards the space rental & organisation of the event.

In this series of talks the speakers of each evening will vary. Come along, and meet other Beings as well. Who knows whom you might meet :)
