Open to Team Members only. Not a team member, join today and learn to ride. You are required for safety issues to attend at least one of the two Peloton Basics Seesions to continue to participate in the remaining sessions.

In this session will be going over peloton riding, communications, signals, and principles. You will learn to get on a wheel, to pull, to line out, to double up, to protect your wheel, not half-wheel, and all the other mysteries of riding in a paceline.

This is a technique session, we will be going slow and steady, then build speed when you're ready!
