It's less than 10 years since some smart folk asked what happens if you take the crushing cynicism and relentless paranoia of Ops, and mix it with the joyless pragmatism and brutal realism of Devs.

Now it's time to ask what happens when you take all that negativity and blend it with the joyful, utopian world of UX.

This love letter to EE engineers will demonstrate an almost limitless capacity to misconstrue everything I've learned from my lovely tech colleagues. But listeners will leave with an opinionated framework for how to do enterprise UX properly – the ExOps way.
