We will explore various forms of art and writing to learn how to create the life we have always wanted. Combining visual Art with written Expression makes a powerful statement of who we are and it helps to bridge the gap between the right and left brains.

We'll experience actual art techniques such as, Visual Journaling and Touch Drawing along with Guided Imagery for increasing creativity and relaxation. Studying the 5 universal symbols will give us additional insight into ourselves. This is a group for artists, those with a desire to be artists, writers and those that want to increase creativity in their lives.
