What experience do you have with Agile/XP technical practices? please share something about what practices and rough duration of your experience

I've been working as a developer in London for about 6 years, during which I've been using agile practices as TDD/automated tests, CI, Refactoring, automated releases

What have you personally found to be the most challenging aspect of extreme programming to put into practice?

I've coached some teams in Colombia, where I come from, and I found great resistance to change, partly due to the frustration that some developers face when they don't understand the use and value of the new practices.

What topics are you interested to share experience on or hear more about?

I'm just eager to learn and share with like minded folks

What programming language(s) do you use in your current job?

java, groovy, grails

Developer, student of MSc Software engineering at University of Oxford.
