Grab a cocktail and/or your favorite snack because we're putting a fun twist on trivia and bringing the party to your home! Plus, you can WIN PRIZES!

HOW IT WORKS:
Once you sign up, you'll be given a link to join a party of other people via video. All you need is a laptop, phone or tablet to take part in the event. You'll enjoy an evening of fun trivia. We balance the questions making sure there are plenty of different topics and difficulty levels so everyone will have a great time!

Our friendly host will be with you live via video on Zoom orchestrating the most fun trivia event you've ever been to! During the event you'll get to see all of the other participants via video. The event host will then pair you off into smaller teams and you'll be playing as a team against the other groups.

You're welcome to join with friends or sign up alone and we'll put you on a team. Typically about 75% of the crowd signs up on their own so don't worry if you're by yourself! It's actually a fantastic way to meet new people and we've witnessed countless friendships sparked at this event.
In fact, the host gives everyone the opportunity to swap contact info with other people in the group at the end of the night if they'd like to.

FAQ:
If I have friends or family members that don't live with me, can they be put on a team with me? Yes! We'd say about 65% of participants sign up on their own but if you have any friends or family members that want to join, they can too (simply message the host at the beginning of the event and ask to be placed on the same team as them). If you have someone in the same household as you, they are welcome to sit next to you and play along with you but each device needs to purchase their own ticket.
*No more than 2 people can share the same device/screen.

If I attended a past event with you, can I sign up for this one? Yes, In fact we never use repeat questions feel free to sign up with as many of our upcoming events as you'd like!

How do I join the event? After you sign up on to Eventbrite we will send you a link with an invitation to join the event on Zoom. We'll send you that link by the day of the event. If for some reason you don't see an email from us by the event date, make sure to check your spam folder.

What is the age range? All ages are welcome. We usually have a good mix of ages.

How many will be participating? We expect between 15 and 25 people.

Join us for one of our most beloved traditions—a festive pre-fireworks gathering to mix, mingle, eat, drink, and have fun before heading out to watch the spectacular fireworks over the East River! We’re taking over a private space at Whiskey Town from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Whether you’re coming solo or with friends, this is a perfect way to meet great people before enjoying the night sky light up.

### How It Works

At 7:30 PM, our hosts will guide everyone for the short 15- 20 minute walk to the East River.

There is no reserved space at the river—feel free to stick with the group or find your own spot! The fireworks will take place just south of where we will on the river.

The fireworks start around 9:15 PM

We’ll provide glow-in-the-dark wristbands so you can easily find fellow members among the crowd.

Please note that you will be standing in large crowds, no folding chairs permitted.

This is a pre-party. The party will take place regardless of the weather.

FAQs:
Can I come alone? Yes about 90% attend on their own.

Age-specific? All welcome 21 and over.

Dress code? Summer casual. Please wear comfortable shoes. After we leave the bar there will be some walking and you may be standing for a while.

How will I find the group? We will have a special section set aside and there will be signs.

What if it rains? The fireworks are rain or shine.

Can I just come for the party and not see the fireworks? Yes

You'll enjoy an evening of meeting new people, fun social interactions and games. Our friendly host will be with you live via video orchestrating the event and even making introductions among the group so you'll get to know the other people attending. It's so much fun! Most people come on by themself so feel free to come on solo (The host will put you on a team with other group members. Everyone is really friendly!)

The event host will then pair you off into smaller teams of about 6 people per group and you'll be working as a team against the other groups. The trivia nights are all trivia related rounds and the game nights are focused around fun party games. You'll be playing fun games like....

Trivia In All Your Favorite Trivia Categories.

Solving really cool riddles/puzzles as a group, answering trivia type questions and other questions that are similar to your favorite TV game shows!

Playing fun games like"Taboo" and "Blank Slate" (In Blank Slate, the host will show you a word followed by a blank. For example: Chicken _________. You'll write down a word that follows the word Chicken such as "Soup". Essentially you're trying to predict what will be a popular answer. We do different fun trivia and games at each event we throw!
