You don’t need any special skills — just a sense of adventure and curiosity! This unique scavenger hunt is all about connecting, uncovering history, exploring Grand Central and solving a mystery.
Join us for a fun, social adventure at our Grand Central Murder Mystery Scavenger Hunt. Get ready to have a good time making new friends and solving a mystery. Plus, you'll find out things about Grand Central you never knew before!
How It Works:

• When you arrive we will put you on teams - if you don’t already have one (90% of those attending will not have a team).
• Each team will be given a list of clues and 75 minutes to head to Grand Central to uncover the mystery of Mary’s demise. The team with the most points wins.
• Once everyone is back we'll safely socialize where you can share your experiences with the others.

The Theme:
Meet Up Mary is a regular on the social circuit in New York. You'd probably know her if you've been out before. She was very personable, friendly and bubbly! Unfortunately Mary met a horrific end at Grand Central and the police need you help to solve her case! Join us for this fun and educational night where you will get to explore every corner of the NYC Landmark in ways that you never have before! (If you have participated in our other Grand Central Hunts no worries as this is a completely different experience)

Can I come alone? Yes about 90% will attend on their own.
What's dress code? Wear what you had on at work. It's casual and comfortable.
What are the ages? 21 and over. We'll have a good mix of ages.
How much to attend? $25 (goes to $35 as event gets closer).

You're invited to come mix and mingle with other singles at this fun social event! Ladies upon entry will receive a free beer, wine, cider or soft drink of their choice before a 7 pm arrival time just for signing on. A great “Happy Hour” will be available until 7 pm as early arrival strongly suggested! For every 2 drinks that everyone purchases your 3rd will be complimentary for the duration of the event! This also includes Sour mouses delicious craft cocktails and whole bar! We will have complimentary billiards, board games, foosball and ping pong for our attendees normally $40 per hour without tax, as specific tables are rented and ours for the entire event ! A live Dj will also be present playing your favorite tunes for your listening pleasure as before hand there is amazing vibe music for your listening pleasure.. * Check in starts 15 minutes before event start time so if possible please arrive a bit early.
At this event you will be going on a series of about 7 to 12 mini dates with each date lasting about 5 minutes each. Women stay seated and the men rotate from table to table until they meet each woman.
We will have fun, thought provoking ice breaker questions available to pull out of an envelope on the tables so there will never be a lull in conversation. The questions are also a great way to gauge chemistry with the other person.
You will get a match sheet and at the end of each mini-date you'll indicate whether or not you'd like to see the person again. At the end of the evening you will hand your match sheet in to the event host. If you both select each other, you'll receive an email within 48 hours with the first name and email of your mutual matches. We do not give out names or contact info unless there is a mutual match.
Our Speed Dating events tend to attract quality, single professionals who are done with the dating games and ready to meet that special someone. Most people know within a few minutes if they would like to see someone again.
