For those unfamiliar with the team sealed format:

At a team sealed event you'll be playing alongside two other players. It works just like normal sealed deck events except this time your team will get given twelve booster packs from which you must construct a different forty-card deck for each of the 3 players in your team. For this specific event you will receive four Dragon's Maze boosters, four Gatecrash boosters, and four Return to Ravnica boosters.

Once you've received your product you sit down alongside your team-mates and you build all 3 of the decks together. You're free to talk and discuss your builds with each other as much as you like; it's not like individual sealed where you have to make all the decisions alone. Once you've decided on your decks for each player you also need to confirm their sideboards. In an individual event your entire card pool makes up your sideboard but in a team event every card must be assigned to a player. If you have a great sideboard card, like a Psychic Spiral for example, then only one of your team-mates will be able to use it and you need to decide which player will have access to it when you build your decks.

Once deck construction has been completed, players in a team will be paired up against members of an opposing team to play individual best-of-3 rounds, just like any normal sealed event. However, if you happen to lose to your assigned opponent of the opposing team, that doesn't necessarily mean you've lost your round. If the remaining two members of your team defeat their own assigned opponents, then your team will have won the round (in other words, the first team to 2 individual wins wins the round)! Additionally, players will be able to discuss in-game strategies with their team-mates, provided that discussion can be done from where they are seated.
