How many Real Estate meetings have you gone to where they TALK about Real Estate investing?

We are a group of investors who are actively buying real estate.  Some of us are also Realtors®.  One of the many things we do is rehab properties.  We then sell the properties with several exit strategies, including owner financing. We BUY knowing what the END RESULT will be.  We don't just TALK about Real Estate - we are ACTIVE in Real Estate.

Gary Brackhahn, the Organizer and Leader of this Meetup, has been a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years in the Dallas area.  He is a real estate investor himself and likes to work with other investors and other Realtors®.  Gary has experience in all phases of the real estate business and has been using owner financing in his real estate business since 1989.

If you just want to network or advertise your own services, you won't want to come to our meetings.

This Meetup is for serious Real Estate Investors or those striving to be.  This Meetup is also for  motivated Realtors® who want to learn creative ways to help their clients without always resorting to dropping the price or leasing just to get cash flow.  We work with all levels of investors and Realtors®, but we are not looking for tire-kickers.    

We put deals together and get them done!  We make money, safely, and you can participate, too.  We are here to help investors and Realtors get into safe deals, solve your problems and move your properties.
