The state of FLOW has been studied for over 150 years and is now making it’s way into the mainstream, thanks in part to Mihaly Chickshinkhaly (http://tinyurl.com/myu7k28) and his book FLOW (http://tinyurl.com/pgmppuf) and Steven Kotler and Jamie Wheal’s Flow Genome Project http://www.flowgenomeproject.co/

We have all experienced FLOW at one point or another, losing ourselves in conversation, dropping into the “zone” playing sports when it seems we just can’t miss, or playing music and falling into the “pocket.” Perhaps you’ve experienced in your work, tuning everything out, inspiration seems to take over and you produce more in a couple hours than you do all week.

It’s amazing when it shows up, but do you know how it happened?
Can it be predicted?
Can you create it intentionally?

This meetup is designed to give participants the information, techniques and support to explore and experiment all the different ways we can experience FLOW in our lives. Our intention is to create a platform and environment so we can take what we learn during our meetups to integrate into our daily lives.

Benefits might include:
Accelerated learning
Reduced stress
Induce creativity, find new insights and depths
Greatly increase productivity
Create deeper connections
Having more fun
Making the last second shot to win the NBA finals!

Our first meetup will be Saturday the 18th of July, location TBD. With a suggested donation of $10 at the door.

We will give an introduction and have fun sharing techniques for you to experience FLOW and ways to integrate FLOW into your daily life.

*note: this is not the Flow Montréal – movement group.
