Dear Friend,

I decided to start this group to help people understand what it takes to drop weight. It starts with the way you think. Most important, it's what you DO!

Let's not make this complicated. The reason why you are overweight is because you consume more calories than you burn. The less calories you burn, the more calories you store. Over time, the accumulation of excess calories is converted into fat. Simply, you are overweight because you've eat too much and you don't exercise enough. Billions of dollars are spent trying to convince you of this fact.

Now that we've established the problem, let's talk about the solution. I understand that 1lb of body fat is equal to 3,500 calories. If that is true, then weight loss is all about making this formula work for you. Note: One can of soda has 120 calories which is about 10 to 12 minutes of running on a treadmill.

The purpose of this group is to help you drop the weight, once and for all! We want LOSERS! We want to lose the next pound, only once! We are going to MEET and we are going to EXERCISE! We are going to make you WORK and WORK HARD!

Last year, my friend Chris helped me drop weight. My ATF (ALL TIME FAT is 238lbs Oct 2009) with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, the works. I struggled for years. When I saw the formula, I realized it's all about burning calories. It's a math equation. That's it! You burn more calories than you consume and over time, you lose the weight. I told Chris, "Chris, just tell me what to do and I'll do it!"

Today, I weigh 194lbs and on my way down to 185lbs. I feel great! Everything has improved, not just mentally and physically, but also spiritually. I decided, why not share my experience and teach others to do the same.

We are going to meet at Central Park and we are going to get started in October, right before the holidays!

It's going to be great! We are going to have fun. We are going to struggle, but we'll struggle together. You're going to be personally challenged in many ways and this is a good thing.

It's not just about losing weight and eating right. It's about how you choose to treat your body, live your life, for the REST of your life. Here is a chance to begin again. Join us.
