Doc Tor BootsI enjoyed the talk. It was good to see and hear the man in action. For me, the case studies and the initial slides were the best - the initial slides because I have been asked on numerous occasions why F# is so wonderful and have struggled to answer in layspeak!

Paul WebbWould have preferred the advanced or 'f# futures' talk from Don, but some interesting examples were given nonetheless. The run through the on-line templates was *way* too long (imho). That time could have been better spent on more advanced examples, discussions etc ... I guess peoples mileage would have varied. ;) Will be keen to see the advanced talks when Don's back in town sometime.
